Fanatics101.com provides links to other sites and is not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of these other sites.
We are very serious about keeping you posted throughout the processing of your order. You will get an electronic email confirmation right away when you submit your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us prior to resubmitting your order. You will get another email confirmation when your order ships.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout provided by PayPal. A paypal account is not required to purchase from us, just a valid credit card at checkout.
At this time, we do not ship Internationally. Please check back...
All Tennessee Residents pay 9.5% sales tax on all purchases thru Fanatics101.com. All Out of State Residents are exempt from sales tax.
Shipping and Handling:
We always do our best to ship items in a timely manner, and usually order within 2-3 Business Days of receiving the order. After the item is shipped, please allow 3 - 10 Business Days for the product/s to arrive. Sometimes, however, we need to order the product from our distributer and cannot get the order to our customers in as timely a fashion as we would like. If we run into any problems with your order that may cause a delay, we will contact you and let you know. Also when you order multiple items, they may come at different times depending upon where they are located at time of order.
We will gladly accept any returns due to an error on our part or being mislisted on Fanatics101.com. We take strong measures to ensure all products that we sell online are listed correctly. We require all returns get a RMA Approval by contacting us within 24 hours of recieving your product. We will require all merchandise back from you in the EXACT NEW CONDITION, prior to sending you an exchange for the correct product ordered.
Unfortunately, All other returns besides those of our own fault are not accepted at this time. Please contact us with any questions.
